If your university requires multifactor authentication for your mail (or Microsoft) account, you can add your code to the Studo Authenticator. This way, you do not have to enter the six-digit code manually any more. This also works if your university uses the Microsoft login for the online system.

Add the code to the Studo Authenticator by performing these steps:

  1. On your laptop, open https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, and log in using your university's email credentials.

  2. Click on Add sign-in method.

  3. Select Authenticator-App and click on Add.

  4. Click on "I want to use a different authenticator app" (at the bottom of the dialog) and click "next".

  5. Open the Studo app on your phone, open the side menu and go to the Authenticator.

  6. Click on the + in the bottom right and select "Scan QR-Code".

  7. Scan the code shown on your laptop.

  8. Click "next" on your laptop and enter the code shown in the Studo app and confirm.
