You have a new mobile phone or tablet and can't log in anymore?

Please log in with the same mobile phone number you have already linked your Studo account with. On your old phone you can still migrate your Studo account to your new phone number in the Studo settings if necessary.

New phone number

You got a new cell phone number? Then transfer your Studo account to your new phone number in the Studo settings. Please make sure that if you have a new mobile phone number to first transfer your Studo account to your new phone number on an existing Studo installation. Start the transfer in the Studo settings in section sign-in via text message. More information about SMS login can be found here.

Forgot your username or password?

If you have forgotten your login data from your university, please contact the support of your university. Due to technical and organisational reasons Studo does not have access to your university username or university password, therefore we cannot help you in this case. The Studo App is designed in such a way that your university username and password will never be processed on a server of Studo or a third party - they are only used for authentication directly on the servers of your university. Both your university username and your university password are stored locally encrypted on your device in an area secured by your operating system - thus Studo employees or third parties cannot access them. In this case please contact the support of your university.
