Unfortunately, we cannot help you here from Studo, because for technical and organisational reasons Studo does not have access to your university username or university password. The Studo app is designed in such a way that your university username and your university password will never be processed on a server of Studo or third parties - they are only used for authentication directly on the servers of your university. Both your university username and your university password are stored locally encrypted on your device in an area secured by your operating system - thus Studo employees or third parties cannot access them. Therefore, please contact the support of your university in this case.
