In the Studo Support Chat no bot or "Smart Assistant" will answer you. If your questions are not answered here in the FAQ section, the Studo team will personally assist you in the technical support chat. We will do our best to help you organize your studies in the best possible way. If there are any ambiguities or issues in the Studo App, the support chat is the perfect place to help you personally. You can find the support chat in the upper right corner of the Studo app.
However, if you have any questions regarding your studies or your university's online system, please contact your university's support team - in this case we at Studo cannot help you.
